We are looking for an EXPERIENCED, ASE-certified Master Technician who wants to work alongside others at the same professional level and who can provide high-quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.
We do things a little differently at our shop. As a husband-and-wife owned team, we run on the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework and hold ourselves to 8 Core Values that guide how we treat our customers and each other every single day. We want someone who is open to learning processes proven to create an environment that's free from chaos and drama.
We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard or to work with broken or missing shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the shop EVERYONE wants to work at.

Pay starts at a minimum of $40/hour and goes up from there based on your ability and experience.

5-day work week (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.! We are closed weekends!!!)

Requirements:
· ASE Certification (Master Technician level preferred)
· Valid driver's license
· Strong diagnostic and repair skills across general automotive systems (brakes, A/C, engine, electrical, etc.)
· Team player who takes pride in doing the job right the first time
