Duties
- Thoroughly wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to promote a safe and sanitary environment
- Support food handling procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service operations
- Help with basic cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold hygiene standarsQualifications
- Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Some knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning and organization practices
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations
- Basic familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation processes is advantageous
