Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex restoration projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all aspects of reconstruction efforts including writing estimates in Xactimate, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, estimating and site coordination will drive successful outcomes in dynamic environments. Responsibilities
- Lead the estimating, planning, execution, and closing of restoration reconstruction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project flow and communication.
- Develop detailed project schedules to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
- Review contracts, and construction documents to ensure clarity and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety standards are met while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Utilize tools such as DASH for daily documentation, progress tracking, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and reporting.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, adherence to schematics, and compliance with civil 3D models where applicable.
- Facilitate effective project management by prioritizing tasks through time management strategies and maintaining detailed records of all project activities.
Skills
- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within restoration or reconstruction environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and familiarity with xactimate
- Skilled in using construction management software such as DASH for documentation and communication.
- Ability to read contracts, and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with contracts administration, safety protocols on construction sites, and quality control procedures.

Pay: $58,957.88 - $85,000.00 per year
