The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the organization’s financial operations through cost accounting, financial reporting, and internal control processes. This role ensures accuracy in financial data, compliance with applicable regulations, and effective monitoring of the company’s financial position.
- Perform general cost accounting and related financial duties.

Prepare and manage cash flow projections and analysis.

Develop timely and detailed financial reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

Support and execute monthly financial close processes.

Ensure all departments adhere to established financial guidelines.

Oversee internal audit and internal control activities to maintain compliance with financial laws and company policies.

Establish, maintain, and monitor accounting policies and procedures.

Monitor financial risks and proactively address potential issues to protect the organization’s financial health.
- Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices.

Solid experience with financial analysis and forecasting.

Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, RAMP).

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
