Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our high-volume retail locations across Waikiki. This role is ideal for a strong retail leader with a background in inventory management, operational execution, and on-floor leadership.
The Assistant Store Manager ensures smooth product flow, inventory accuracy, and consistent management presence on the sales floor to support both team performance and customer experience.

- 018 – SoHa Living Kalākaua (Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort)
- 008 – SoHa Living Waikiki (Hilton Hawaiian Village)
This location is primarily seeking candidates with availability to work mid-shift schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day inventory management, receiving, and stockroom organization
- Receive, process, and verify vendor shipments; maintain accurate inventory
- Execute cycle counts and support physical inventories
- Ensure timely replenishment and floor-ready product
- Maintain a consistent management presence on the sales floor
- Coach and support associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Act as Manager-on-Duty during assigned shifts
- Support store standards, training, and opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail leadership experience preferred
- Strong experience with inventory, receiving, and stockroom operations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead, coach, and support a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
