Loudoun Ideal Chiropractic is a fast-paced, community-centered clinic dedicated to helping patients restore their health through natural, holistic care. We’re looking for a dependable, purpose-driven individual to support front desk operations and assist in our spine rehabilitation area. You’ll also work closely with the doctor to ensure a smooth and respectful patient experience.

No prior medical office experience is required—we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
· Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle basic inquiries
· Maintain accurate records and assist with documentation
· Support spine rehabilitation activities and equipment setup
· Help keep treatment areas and front desk clean and organized
· Assist the doctor with patient flow and coordination
· Monitor supplies and restock as needed
· Contribute to a respectful, mission-focused environment
