We're currently supporting a school district in Boulder County, Colorado seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This position serves elementary students in a collaborative school environment where you'll work alongside educators and related service providers to help students reach their communication goals.
What You'll Love
- Full-time (32 hours per week), Part-time (24 hours per week)

Qualifications
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services License or currently in process (COOL accepted)
- Minimum one year of school-based experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs
Pay
- $45.00-$53.00 per hour
- Up to $2,120 gross per week (Full-time hours)
- Up to $1,272 gross per week (Part-time hours)
Responsibilities Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Support students in achieving meaningful communication goals
