Position Overview
East Coast Turf Management is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships within the community. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building trust, and helping homeowners improve and protect their lawns through professional lawn care and mosquito control services.
As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our company, educating customers on the benefits of our programs while delivering outstanding customer service. Our team is committed to providing safe, effective lawn care solutions that protect families, children, and pets.
Responsibilities
Generate new residential and commercial lawn care accounts
Meet with homeowners to evaluate lawn conditions and recommend appropriate services
Educate customers on weed control, fertilization, mosquito control, and turf health
Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Conduct door-to-door marketing and neighborhood outreach when needed
Attend community events and represent the company professionally
Work closely with office staff and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Basic knowledge of lawn care is a plus, but training will be provided
