American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring a CO or compact RN license and Charge RN experience.

Work in the Family Birth Place unit providing Labor & Delivery, OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care
-
Care for approximately 60-80+ deliveries per month
-
Care for babies 32 weeks and up
-
12-hour night shift schedule with rotating weekends
-
Call rotation typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks, subject to change

Active CO or Compact RN license required
-
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE (AHA certifications required)

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

RN Charge experience required
-
Proof of flu vaccination required (no exemptions)

Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team

Facility has received Pathway to Excellence Designation
-
Must be a team player and combine compassionate care with clinical expertise

Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible

Limited RTO preferred for this position
