Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles with manual transmission to move cars within the dealership or facility grounds, including <LOCATION> parking areas.
- Assist guests with parking, providing directions and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness, minor maintenance needs, or damage, reporting issues promptly.
- Support maintenance tasks such as cleaning common areas, organizing storage spaces, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously in person or over the phone, providing information about services or directions as needed.
- Manage cash handling for parking fees or other small transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding vehicle status, guest requests, and maintenance needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Experience driving vehicles with manual transmission; dealership or delivery driver experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with <LOCATION> parking regulations and procedures.
- Cashiering skills combined with retail math knowledge for handling transactions accurately.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively.
