We're now hiring an Acquisitions Closer to join our high-performing sales team. If you're a driven communicator who thrives on the phone, wins through persistence, and wants a real path to six figures, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Earn
- Base Salary: $24,000/year
- Realistic First-Year OTE: $48,000–$60,000 during training
- Top Performer Earnings: $120,000+ with no commission cap

The more deals you close, the more you earn. Period.
What You'll Do
As the first voice our sellers hear, you'll own the front end of our sales process from lead to signed contract. Day-to-day, you will:
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and work outbound lists provided by our marketing team
- Build genuine rapport with homeowners, uncover their needs, and qualify opportunities
- Manage a healthy pipeline inside our CRM with disciplined follow-up
- Set appointments, handle objections, and negotiate win-win agreements
- Close contracts and hand off cleanly to our Sales and Project Managers
- Hit (and beat) weekly activity, appointment, and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a closing role
- Exceptional phone presence—you can build trust and close in a single conversation
- Strong CRM discipline and comfort with Google Workspace or MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-starter mentality with elite time management and follow-through

Bonus points for: Real estate, investor, or high-volume inside sales experience.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, with some evenings and weekends as deals require. This role is fully in-person at our Louisville office—we believe great sales teams are built shoulder-to-shoulder.
