- Connect with community facilities and practices to bring in new accounts, and patients.
- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to connect with community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential clients.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations of our home care services to educate stakeholders about benefits and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through effective account management and B2B sales techniques.
- Negotiate service agreements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and informational sessions to raise awareness of our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Analyze community needs and feedback to improve outreach strategies and service delivery continuously. Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on outside sales or B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills essential for building partnerships and managing accounts effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing community needs, market trends, and program effectiveness.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, home health services, or related medical fields is highly desirable.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
