Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment options and scheduling appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with dental providers to coordinate treatment plans, ensuring clarity and patient understanding
- Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage details, and assist patients with financial arrangements to facilitate seamless treatment acceptance
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, updating charts and documentation promptly
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize the flow of patient care and reduce wait times
- Provide exceptional administrative support by answering phones, responding to patient inquiries, and handling correspondence with transparency and care

Requirements
- Proven experience in a medical or dental office setting, demonstrating familiarity with healthcare workflows
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and patient care processes
- Excellent medical administrative support skills, including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and record keeping
