Location: Denver, CO | Utah | Texas (Potential Remote)
Pay: $25–$35/hr W2

We're partnering with a well-established company in the Oil & Gas industry to hire an Owner Relations Support Representative. This role is ideal for customer service professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers resolve account, payment, and ownership inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails from royalty and mineral owners.
- Respond to payment, ownership, and account-related inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM or case management systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

- Oil & Gas experience is a plus, but candidates from financial services, mortgage, banking, or utilities are also encouraged to apply.
