The Bloomington Police Department (BPD) is seeking an individual to provide: 1) professional mental health treatment services to the community members brought forward by the Bloomington Police Department for services (including, but not limited to, calls for service, cases referred by Hennepin County Attorney’s Office going through the Drug Offense Diversion Program, and to families impacted by opioid overdoses); 2) administrative services overseeing the program in collaboration with the Sergeant of the Community Services Unit; 3) supervision of short-term temporary/seasonal employees (interns) hired for the purpose of providing therapeutic treatment in conjunction of completing their Master’s degree in relative field; and 4) Make referrals to appropriate community resources and arrange for services.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $43.65 – $47.21 Hourly
2026 Full Salary Range: $43.65 – $59.74 Hourly
