Position Details:
Home care for a paraplegic client.
Daily Shifts: 7am to 1pm
Responsibilities
- Foley catheter care
- Bowel treatments
- Transfer and ambulation using assistive devices
- Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review
- Dispense or administer medications as prescribed by physician
- Document patient care using electronic charting systems
Skills
- Proven experience as LPN or RN
