Office Manager / Administrative Assistant: This position fills a key support role to the design team and the company as a whole. The employee will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, telephone reception, maintenance of office and project files, typing of specifications, correspondence, proposals, mail routing, mailing of plans and specifications, and copying of plans and specifications. The candidate must have knowledge and experience in QuickBooks Pro (or other business accounting software), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
