Supervising MD/DO – Collaborative Practice with Dual-Certified FNP & PMHNP
Seeking a supervising physician (MD/DO) to partner with a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care across the lifespan. The practice includes primary care support, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, and integrated mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults, with a strong focus on neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-informed care.
Responsibilities
- Provide physician supervision/collaboration consistent with applicable state requirements.elitenp
- Offer chart review, case consultation, and collaborative treatment planning as needed.
- Participate in periodic check-ins to support quality care and regulatory compliance.
Preferred qualifications
- Licensed as an MD or DO.
- Ideally licensed in California, North Carolina, and Virginia.
- Comfortable supporting both family practice and psychiatric/mental health services across the lifespan.
This is a very part-time, flexible role with minimal administrative burden and primarily remote collaboration, depending on state requirements. Compensation is negotiable, ideally under $500/month depending on supervisory needs, availability, and required oversight.
