Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Verify insurance benefits and collect payments
- Coordinate the doctor’s schedule
- Confirm appointments
- Assist with various front office responsibilities
- Adapt to a growing role as our practice continues to evolve
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dental front office experience preferred (the right candidate will be considered)
- Dentrix experience is a plus
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Team player who enjoys helping others
- Looking for a long-term opportunity
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
