Responsibilities
- Perform carpet cleaning services using various techniques and equipment to ensure optimal cleanliness and appearance.
- Execute floor care tasks including buffing and maintaining various types of flooring surfaces.
- Conduct thorough inspections of carpets and floors to identify stains, damage, or areas needing special attention.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
- Document services performed and report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, particularly in carpet cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Knowledge of floor care practices including buffing and maintenance of different flooring types.
- IICRC CERTIFICATION
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with environmental services standards and practices in commercial cleaning settings.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
