FLOOR SUPERVISOR
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to direct the activities of specific tables within a pit as assigned by the shift manager. Oversees the assets of the table games and to ensure that all activities are executed incompliance with prescribed procedures.
GAMING LICENSE REQUIRED: Washington State Gambling Commission
WAGE RANGE: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
POSITION REPORTS TO: Shift Manager/Casino Manager
EXTENT OF JOB AUTHORITY: To act in accordance with all company policies, procedures and internal controls ensuring compliance with acceptable ethical business standards.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: High School Diploma, GED
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for long periods of time.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION: Must have a minimum of one year dealing experience in a licensed casino or floor supervisor experience in a licensed casino.
SPECIFIC DUTIES PERFORMED:
- Supervise all pit games in an assigned area of a pit.
- Must have complete knowledge of all casino games.
- Manage table bankrolls to ensure adequate inventory of chips.
- Assist in maintaining the necessary records pertaining to activities in the pit.
- Provides proper security and accountability of company funds.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handles customer complaints and food complaints.
- Move constantly in order to supervise and observe all games within their assigned area.
- Prepare fills, credits and issue rewards from the Casino Trac player reward system.
- Perform duties that are incompliance with company policies and procedures, rules, WSGC regulations and state laws.
- Report errors and WAC violations to the shift manager or casino manager.
- Must be knowledgeable about all promotions and special events.
- Expected to show up on time for assigned shift well groomed and ready to work.
