Direct Support Staff/Caregivers are responsible for providing compassionate care and daily support to individuals living in an Adult Family Home. This role focuses on assisting residents with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Staff members monitor residents’ health and behavior, maintain accurate documentation, ensure a safe and clean environment, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and team members. Successful caregivers demonstrate empathy, patience, strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to residents’ individual needs.
Violet 1 – PM Overnight Staff
Full-time position working 36 hours per week, 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Part-time position working 16 hours per week, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
