Scheduling Requirements:
- Monday-Friday, 8 hour day shifts.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with clinicians, IT, and operational leaders to design, implement, and optimize clinical information systems and workflows.

Lead change management efforts by supporting the adoption of new technologies through education, training, and ongoing end-user support.

Coordinate clinical system implementations, testing, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization to ensure successful deployment and sustained adoption.

Serve as a liaison between clinical, technical, quality, and regulatory teams to translate clinical needs into effective technology solutions.

Support ongoing enhancements to clinical documentation, reporting, and integrated technologies that improve patient care, safety, efficiency, and the overall clinician experience.

What We Require for this Role:
Education
- ASN required.

Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree preferred.
Related Work Experience
- 2-4 years of nursing experience required.
- At least 2 years’ experience working with Epic applications.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
- Certification in informatics/specialty strongly preferred

Active NJ RN license required

Salary Range:
$93,859.58 - $136,355.23/Annually based on 40 hours per week
As part of their job offer, successful candidates are provided a specific rate, taking into consideration various factors including experience and education.
