We are looking for a competitive Experienced Store Manager: Fashion Retail Sales to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales manager duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization. MUST have a minimum 5 yrs past experience in retail sales in apparel, shoes, and/or accessories in order to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Ascertain customers needs and wants
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs and support multiple sales
- Welcome and greet every customer
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all companies policies and procedures
Skills
- Must have proven working experience in retail sales in apparel, shoes, and/or accessories to be considered for the position
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- High school degree or higher
- Computer literacy with ability to quickly learn the point of sales system and navigate different functions
Sales bonus when sales plan is achieved.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
