Responsibilities
- Perform expert blonde hair coloring techniques, including balayage, highlights, and toner applications, ensuring vibrant and natural results
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering professional advice on color choices and maintenance routines
- Execute precise hair styling services such as cutting, blowouts, and finishing touches to complement blonde transformations
- Install hair extensions with skill and care to enhance client beauty goals
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and equipment between clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs, upselling retail products like hair care, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of color theory specific to blonde shades and techniques for achieving desired tones
- Proficiency in hair extensions application and maintenance for seamless integration is appreciated but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Skilled in barbering techniques, when needed, for personalized grooming services is appreciated but not mandatory
- Ability to mentor junior team members in hair styling, coloring, and customer service excellence
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, recommend retail products, and build rapport with diverse clients
- Knowledge of store management practices including front desk operations and retail sales strategies

Requirements:
Experience of at least 2 years
Valid Texas Cosmetology License
A following clientele is an advantage but not mandatory
Bellami Hair Extensions Certification is a big plus but not mandatory
