A contract position is available for a Social Worker specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This role is based in Andover, MA, and focuses on providing remote support and counseling to students, addressing their social, emotional, and behavioral needs via virtual platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver telehealth social work services to students, including assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention
- Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation and progress notes
- Monitor student welfare and provide referrals to additional community resources as needed

Qualifications:
