Strive Property Group is a fast-growing Real Estate Investment company, headquartered in Richmond, VA and operating throughout the Southeast. Our Mission is Maximizing the Potential of People and Places. We are seeking a reliable, skilled Guest Experience Specialist to join our Richmond team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to all our hospitality guests and long term tenants. This part time opportunity offers job flexibility and growth potential.
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, restocking, staging, and maintaining the curb appeal of our properties before every new guest arrives. While the majority of time will be spent on our short term rental properties, this also includes our long term rental properties and "for sale" listings.
Responsibilities include:
- Execute meticulous, hotel-grade cleaning and sanitization of properties between guest stays within tight operational windows (typically 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
- Launder, fold, and beautifully stage linens, towels, and bedding according to company presentation standards.
- Restock guest essentials (toiletries, coffee, paper products, welcome baskets) and audit inventory levels, reporting low stock to management.
- Conduct final "guest-ready" walkthroughs to ensure lighting, temperature, and staging perfectly match our brand standards.
- Perform deep, comprehensive "move-out" cleans for long-term apartments and homes to prepare them for immediate re-marketing and new tenants.
- Detail appliances, windows, baseboards, cabinetry, and flooring to a high property management standard.
- Maintain curb appeal by keeping entryways, porches, patios, and walkways free of debris, cobwebs, and trash.
- Stage and clean outdoor amenities, including outdoor furniture, grills, and fire pit areas.
- Perform basic property preservation checks during every visit (e.g., testing light bulbs, checking for visible leaks, verifying smart lock battery levels) and log maintenance requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Attention to Detail: High cleanliness standards and meticulous attention to detail are required. We expect every turnover to be executed to "hotel grade" and strive for a 5-star guest review every time.
- Reliability: Because our turnovers are often "same-day", you must be able to consistently arrive and execute each turnover on time. You must have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation to travel between properties in the Richmond area.
- Organization: You will be expected to complete checklists, maintain inventory lists, and be able to manage multiple turnovers each day.
- Professionalism: As a representative of Strive Property Group to guests, tenants, outside professionals, and teammates, professional demeanor is a must.
- Communication: As a small team, we rely on close communication from all team members to ensure seamless execution. You will communicate directly with our Property Manager, Office Manager, and Maintenance Technicians daily.
