Lexer Group is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing Tampa team. We specialize in recruiting top talent within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Energy industries.
This is an in-office, performance-driven opportunity for a recruiter with agency, staffing, or talent acquisition experience who enjoys building relationships, sourcing candidates, and working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and a competitive mindset. Experience recruiting within engineering, construction, energy, manufacturing, industrial, or other technical industries is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Opportunity
This position starts with a weekly draw of $800–$1,000 based on experience. The draw is applied against future commissions and is designed to provide stability while you build your recruiting desk.
In addition to the draw, recruiters earn uncapped commissions on placements, along with weekly and monthly performance incentives.
This is a performance-driven opportunity for individuals who want direct control over their income and career growth. Top performers have the opportunity to earn six figures through commissions and incentives.
Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
