Professional Quoting Process
We utilize a laptop-based quoting process conducted directly in the customer's home. This ensures that every client receives a professional, itemized quote tailored to their specific needs.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a leading commission-based compensation structure with dependable, on-time payments. Our representatives typically earn between $200,000 and $300,000 annually. After 30 days of employment, we provide paid health insurance, as well as affordable dental and vision coverage. Additionally, after one year, employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) matching program.
