Personal care assistance: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
Meal preparation based on dietary preferences/restrictions
Mobility & transfer support: assist with walking, transfers, and prescribed exercises
Companionship & engagement to support emotional well-being
Light housekeeping: laundry, vacuuming, keeping a tidy environment
Transportation & errands: accompany clients to appointments, shopping, etc.
Observe and report changes in condition to the care team/family as appropriate
Documentation of services provided and observations
Team communication to ensure coordinated care
