We are currently looking for a full-time Showroom Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The Showroom Sales Associate position will be directly responsible for assisting the Showroom Manager in regards to customer interaction, sales, order processing, sample requests and administrative necessities. While experience is desired, this is a trainable position.
Sales Associate duties include:
- Drive daily showroom sales
- Assist and educate customers on ceiling fans, lighting, and window coverings
- Provide high quality customer service in-store and on the phone
- Schedule appointments with potential and existing customers both in and out of the showroom
- Ability to move frequently about the showroom over an 8 hour period to attend to customers' needs.
- Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional dialogue about ceiling fan, lighting and window covering needs
- Ability to use technology resources to locate and process orders.
- Ability to interact professionally with peers and management from sales, customer care, operations, and other departments.
- Maintain showroom organization
- Assist in merchandising product
- Open and close showroom as needed
Qualifications:
- Self motivated and driven
- Exceptional communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Sales experience desired
- Knowledge of ceiling fans, lighting and/or window coverings desired but not required
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 45 pounds repeatedly
- High School Diploma

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
