Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Truck Drivers with a clean driving record to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a class 8 heavy duty commercial truck be self motivated and desire a 1099 position . This role requires a commitment to safety (Good Driving Record), efficiency, and professionalism while transporting freight to designated locations. Driver will have a dedicated truck (no slip seat). The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of the cargo.
Responsibilities
- Operate and drive an Automatic Cascadia Freight liner.
- Must have TWIC required (we can assist in obtaining one)
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes traveled, fuel, and cargo details.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Must have a clean driving record and have at least 2 years driving experience.

- Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent navigation skills with a strong understanding of local and regional roadways.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate logs and adhering to safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem solving skills and truck maintenance habits.
- Hazmat and Tanker is a plus
Compensation
- 1099 contractor employee
- 1000.00-200.00/ week depending on runs and certifications
