About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver excellent rehabilitative care within our integrated medical clinic. You’ll collaborate directly with physicians (MDs) and other providers in a supportive team environment, treating a diverse patient base with a focus on pain relief, functional restoration, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury recovery, and whole-person wellness. This full-time position offers strong mentorship, seamless referrals, and excellent growth opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Alabama physical therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education with a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Enthusiasm for working in an integrated clinical model alongside MDs, chiropractors, and other providers
- New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
