Key Responsibilities
Assessments: Perform physical evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Treatment Delivery: Implement hands-on therapy including exercises, mobility training, and manual therapy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and adjust treatment plans based on patient outcomes.
- Patient Education: Teach patients and caregivers strategies for improved mobility and daily function.
- Documentation: Keep accurate, up-to-date records as per regulations.
- Qualifications Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Licensure: Current Physical Therapy license in Florida.
- Experience: Preferred in subacute or similar settings but open to new graduates.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, and treatment adaptation skills.
