We’re seeking a Content Marketing Campaign Manager to help scale the throughput and consistency of our content engine.
About the Role
This is a high-output, execution-focused content role.
You won’t just write content, you’ll run the engine that keeps our marketing programs active and producing pipeline.
This role is responsible for sourcing, producing, publishing, repurposing, distributing, and promoting content across channels, ensuring that campaigns, newsletters, partner programs, and outbound efforts are always live and performing.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Co-Marketing Content (Ebooks & Webinars)

Publish 1 ebook and execute 1 webinar per month (50% co-marketing with partners, 50% CustomersAI-led)

Recruit and coordinate partners to contribute content to co-marketing content

Drive distribution across partner audiences and CustomersAI channels

Manage partner relationships and ensure contribution and promotion commitments
Case Studies

Publish 1–2 case studies per month

Partner with Customer Success to identify strong customer stories

Manage approvals and turn results into compelling, public-facing content
Email & Organic Social Content

Publish the CustomersAI newsletter 2x per week including mini case studies, product updates and repurposed content, with a quality comparable to top industry newsletters

Post daily across social (LinkedIn, X, YouTube), repurposing content into multiple formats with a consistent publishing cadence
Who You Are

3–6 years of experience in content marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation

Proven ability to execute consistently across multiple content channels

Strong writer with the ability to translate marketing insights into compelling content

Highly organized and operationally minded — you keep things moving

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Experienced with or excited about using AI tools to scale output
