The Director of Integrated Healthcare will report directly to the medical director. This position will work closely with members of the executive management team, clinical directors and supervisors, quality improvement director, administrative directors and other key constituents and partners. This position oversees the clinical functioning of the Health Center which includes, primary care, psychiatric nursing and clinical support services, acts as liaison with pharmacy and all other specialty programs that become part of the Health Center. The Director of Integrated Healthcare promotes healthcare transformation and innovative models for integrated primary and behavioral health care. Responsibilities include oversight of primary care clinical operations, strategy design, fiscal management, personnel, space utilization, planning, and development.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field required.
- Masters (preferred)
Experience:
- Three (3) years of experience in a clinic or managed care environment, health care payor systems, or integrated care initiatives
- Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare system, nonprofit management or a related field
- Five (5) years of full-time paid experience in program development/program consultation (preferred)
Licensure/Certifications:
- LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt (within 18 mos. of hire, employer provided)
- Knowledge of Health Center compliance requirements 18 measures (post hire, employer training provided)
- BLS/First Aid (as applicable, employer provided)
