PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Vitality in Motion (WLC)
Location: Harrisburg, Illinois
Compensation: $30 - $33/hour
Schedule: Full Time
Vitality in Motion, an in-house therapy program proudly owned and operated by WLC, is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. Our therapy professionals support residents across all WLC facilities, providing high-quality, patient-centered care with a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach.
Position Overview
As a COTA, you will work alongside our Occupational Therapists to deliver compassionate, functional, and restorative therapy services to residents in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings. This role provides flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to at our go getting location in Harrisburg, Illinois; Saline Care Nursing and Rehab!
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Provide rehabilitative interventions to support resident independence, mobility, and daily living skills
- Document services according to company standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals and outcomes
- Maintain a positive, professional presence within each WLC facility visited
Qualifications
- Current Illinois COTA license in good standing
