About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production facility by performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on CNC machinery, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems. This is a hands-on role where your mechanical expertise directly impacts production uptime, safety, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine effective repair solutions
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery and components
- Maintain spare parts inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies
- Document all work performed using maintenance logs or software
- Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and equipment specifications
- Assist with equipment installation, relocation, and setup
- Perform minor facility repairs, including lighting, compressors, and building systems
- Conduct exterior and roof inspections as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Communicate with production and department leads to coordinate maintenance activities
- Support additional maintenance tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, maintenance software, etc.)
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Understanding of how maintenance supports overall production operations
Experience & Education
- 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical repair, or a related technical field
- Experience with CNC machinery is a strong plus
- Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred but not required

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
