Certified Medical Assistant
Duties:
- Collaborate with office manager to ensure clinic needs are being met
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Stay up to date with medical terminology, coding, and documentation requirements
- Provide guidance and support while training new staff members in their professional development
-Maintain procedures for daily running of the clinic to include always striving to meet the needs of patients and physicians.
- Maintain staff decorum and ensure professionalism at all times.
Experience:
- Minimum of [2] years of experience in a clinical role
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
- Experience working with individuals with variety of staff experiences
- Familiarity with clinic policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
