We’re Hiring: Entrepreneurial Content Creator (In-Person, On-the-Go)
We’re a fast-growing donut & coffee shop in Tualatin/Newberg run by young, ambitious owners. We’re building something big and we want someone who wants to grow with us, not just collect a paycheck.
We already have the content playbook: pillars, ideas, hooks, and posting cadence. Your job is to bring it to life at volume, not sit in a room “brainstorming.” Think: startup energy, but with a clear game plan.
This is not a remote job. You’ll be in public ~80% of the time: in the shop, on the sidewalk, at pop-ups, at community events, phone in hand, filming and posting.

- You’re the friend who always films everything and says “Wait, this would be a fire TikTok.”
- You get energy from people and busy environments, not from hiding behind a laptop.
- You’re hungry, coachable, and willing to take massive action and learn as you go.
What you’ll do:
- Be on-site and out in the community 80% of the time:
- Film donuts, bagels, coffee, lines out the door, customer reactions, staff, events.
- Turn footage into short-form content and post 8–10 pieces per day across Instagram, TikTok, etc., following our playbook and checklists.
- Follow our existing hooks, captions, and content pillars, then test small variations.
- Hype daily offers, hero drops, events, and community givebacks to drive people in today.
- Engage with comments and DMs in our brand voice.
Who you are:
- Outgoing, extroverted, and comfortable approaching people on camera.
- Driven, competitive with yourself, and want more responsibility as we grow.
- Able to take direction and run with it without needing hand-holding.
- Show up on time, keep your word, and move fast.

- Pay: $17/hour
- In-person / on-the-go role (not remote)
- Part-time to start, with room to grow into more responsibility if you crush it.
