Job Description
Position: Medical Assistant / EMT / LPN / Paramedic/ Clinic Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Perform IV placement and assist with IV therapy procedures within scope of practice.
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples for laboratory testing.
- Obtain and document patient vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, weight, etc.).
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries.
- Maintain inventory and order medical and office supplies as needed.
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Provide excellent customer service and support clinic operations.
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant, EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or other healthcare training preferred.
- Experience with IV insertion and phlebotomy preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic setting.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
Schedule: Part-time
Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
Pay: $22.00 - $29.05 per hour
Work Location: In person
