Summary:
The Operations Planner is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining operational plans that ensure efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness across various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Required Qualifications/Experiences:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or equivalent
- Excellent computer knowledge (Excel, Microsoft Project, ERP)
- Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule.
- Analyze production date to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance to resolve production issues
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock and reduce cost
- Facilitate communication between production teams and management
- Participate in cross-functional team meeting to discuss production goals and strategies
- Other duties as assigned by leadership team.
