Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Engage in friendly conversation and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain Cleanliness: Regularly clean tables, chairs, and dining areas to ensure a tidy environment. This includes monitoring the cleanliness of restrooms and replenishing supplies as necessary.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by refilling beverages, addressing guest inquiries, and handling special requests.
Dining Room Flow: Monitor the flow of guests in the dining room, helping to direct them to available seating during busy times
Customer Service Skills: Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor with a willingness to serve customers. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests
