Position Details
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Flexible morning, evening, and weekend opportunities
- Recurring commercial cleaning assignments
- Contractors may use Simply Green’s eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment or provide their own cleaning products and equipment that meet client requirements
- Contractors have the flexibility to accept or decline available cleaning assignments
Services Performed
- Clean offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, mop, dust, wipe, disinfect, and empty trash
- Complete services according to client specifications and agreed-upon quality standards
- Communicate professionally regarding scheduling, assignment completion, or any concerns
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and professional
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
Compensation
Compensation is paid per job not hourly. Assignment pay varies depending on the account, scope of work, and frequency of service. Compensation details will be provided with each assignment opportunity presented.
