Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, assist with daily nursing activities, and work closely with RNs and physicians to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Active LPN License (State License)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
Pay: $35.00 - $44.00 per hour
