Rize Mortgage is seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Servicing Manager to lead our servicing operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our borrowers. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day servicing functions, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, improving operational efficiencies, and providing leadership to the servicing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Mortgage Servicing Department.
- Supervise, coach, and develop servicing staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Ensure compliance with investor, agency, state, and federal servicing regulations.
- Oversee payment processing, escrow administration, payoff requests, customer inquiries, and servicing-related correspondence.
- Monitor delinquency reports and coordinate loss mitigation and borrower assistance efforts, as applicable.
- Review servicing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with Accounting, Compliance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to resolve servicing issues.
- Develop and maintain servicing policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
- Analyze servicing metrics and prepare management reports.
- Assist with audits, examinations, and investor requests.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving escalated borrower concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of mortgage servicing experience, with prior leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of mortgage servicing operations, escrow administration, payment processing, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of agency and investor servicing guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with mortgage servicing platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a mortgage servicing team.
- Experience with servicing quality control, audits, and compliance.
- Knowledge of CFPB, RESPA, TILA, and other applicable mortgage servicing regulations.
