Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dependable Emergency Plumber to join our team and respond to urgent residential and commercial plumbing and sewer service calls. This is a hands-on role for someone who can quickly diagnose problems, determine the right solution, and complete high-quality repairs while providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate has strong plumbing experience, is comfortable with physically demanding work, works well independently, and stays calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Emergency Plumbing & Sewer Service
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing and sewer service calls.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies, including leaks, clogs, backups, and sewer or drain issues.
- Perform drain and sewer cleaning and inspections.
- Complete small plumbing repairs as needed.
- Perform hand digging and excavation when necessary to access, repair, or replace underground plumbing and sewer lines.
- Troubleshoot issues and determine the appropriate repair solution.
Customer Service
- Clearly explain plumbing issues, recommended solutions, and completed work to customers.
- Provide professional, respectful, and reliable service in customers' homes and businesses.
- Maintain a clean work area and minimize disruption to the customer's property.
Equipment & Safety
- Properly use and maintain plumbing, sewer, and drain-cleaning tools and equipment.
- Keep the company service vehicle organized, clean, and stocked.
- Document completed work and materials used
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Professional plumbing, drain, sewer, or related service experience.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving common plumbing and sewer issues.
- Experience using drain-cleaning and plumbing equipment.
- Ability and willingness to perform hand digging and other physically demanding work when required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in urgent situations.
- Ability to lift equipment, bend, kneel, dig, and work in tight or outdoor spaces.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to respond to emergency and after-hours calls as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in emergency plumbing, sewer, or drain service.
- Experience with residential and commercial customers.
- Familiarity with sewer cameras, drain snakes, hydro jetting, and related equipment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
