Wicked Archery is looking for another team member who enjoys archery, the outdoors, working with people, and being part of a small, fun team.
This is a great opportunity to build a career in the archery and outdoor industry. You will work directly with customers, learn valuable technical skills, and help archers get properly set up for the range, competition, or hunting season.
We care about doing things the right way, treating customers well, and creating an enjoyable place to work. We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, friendly, and willing to keep learning.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Helping customers find the right equipment
- Setting up new and used bows
- Tuning bows and troubleshooting equipment
- Properly fitting bows to customers
- Installing and adjusting accessories
- Building, cutting, and preparing arrows
- Restocking merchandise
- Organizing and maintaining work areas
- Cleaning the shop and range
- Assisting with other daily shop responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Has a strong interest in archery, bowhunting, or the outdoor industry
- Enjoys helping customers and working with a team
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in doing quality work
- Is dependable and willing to learn
- Can work approximately 20–40 hours per week
- Has consistent weekday and weekend availability
- Is comfortable working in a hands-on retail environment
Previous archery shop, retail, customer service, or bow technician experience is preferred, but it is not required for the right person. We are willing to train someone who has the right attitude, work ethic, and interest in the industry.
Schedule
Wicked Archery is open seven days a week, so applicants must have a combination of weekday and weekend availability.
You will not be expected to work both Saturday and Sunday every weekend, but consistent weekend availability is required. Scheduling is flexible and will be based on shop needs and employee availability.
Compensation
Pay ranges from $12–$22 per hour and will depend on:
- Archery knowledge and technical ability
- Previous work experience
- Weekly availability
- Reliability and job performance
- Ability to work independently and assist customers
