FULL TIME - We are a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx. We are looking for full time drivers, delivering FedEx packages from the FedEx Lebanon station to Mason business and residential customers. Full time positions will include at least one weekend day. In order to qualify, each driver must pass a drug screen and DOT physical.
Pay Structure
- W2 jobs
- Base pay is $140 per day
- Starting bonus of $20 per scheduled day (makes $160 per day for perfect attendance that week)
- Extra stop pay and extra pay for 6th day, which can be up to $160+ per day
- Paid Training for 3 days (if you stay on with us)
- Day starts at 8:30 AM and ends around 4:30-5:00 PM
- Clean driving record and clean criminal history required
Drivers can expect 120-150 stops depending on the area covered. Typically drivers will finish their run before 5 PM. We usually provide 1-3 days of training and 2-3 days of a lighter load to get more familiar with the job. Most drivers will pick up 140 stops within a week or two.
PART TIME - are you someone that wants to work weekends? We have several different opportunities that are flexible and stable. WE DO NOT HAVE HOURLY PART TIME JOBS.
