Nurture Collective is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide relationship-based, family-centered services to infants and toddlers with developmental needs. Our therapists work closely with families in children's natural environments and are supported by an interdisciplinary pediatric team.
We take care of the scheduling so you can focus on being a therapist. Our scheduling team manages appointments and works to maintain a consistent caseload, helping provide greater stability and more predictable pay.
Whether you are an experienced pediatric therapist or a newer OT who wants to build strong Early Intervention skills, you will have access to mentorship, clinical support, and opportunities to grow.
What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities
- Complete developmental and occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized, functional goals based on the priorities of the child and family
- Support development in areas such as fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, regulation, play, feeding, self-care, and participation in daily routines
- Coach parents and caregivers on strategies they can use throughout the child's everyday routines
- Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, child development specialists, service coordinators, and other members of the child's Early Intervention team
- Complete clear and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in ongoing clinical consultation, mentorship, and professional development
What We're Looking For
- Current California Occupational Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Passion for working with infants, toddlers, and families
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative clinical team
- Pediatric or Early Intervention experience is a plus, but new graduates with a strong interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply
